Governing Body

A voluntary Board of Directors handles the governance and operations of the foundation.  The Board fundraises and conducts programs that will benefit Hilo High School.  The board is comprised of alumni, business persons, friends of Hilo High School and the principal of Hilo High School.  Currently, there is no paid staff to handle the administration and details of foundation operations.
